Dubs are obnoxious

Just like subbed anime insane localizers ruin the a script. Yet on top of that you have to listen to an obnoxious cartoon you've heard a million times in a dozen animes and jrpgs read that script in the most laughable manner possible.

Fuck whatever union has monopolized anime. The only dub that's an improvement is dragon Ball because the Japanese are obsessed with a grown man sounding like his balls never dropped.

I'd like it if the actors went for something more natural vs over exaggerated constantly. Japanese naturally speak in higher tones because it's seen as more polite. That's part of their culture. You do not have to make every actor speak in a high pitch voice when they're speaking formally. Especially if the character is being rude which makes no sense at all.

They actually hired foid to dub Goku and Gohan it always sounded so fucking retarded and i'm glad i started with french dub and then english.

Other than that i can't stand dubs they all sound fake when compared to the OG i feel the same about Witcher games that got English dub, Geralt sounds like a fucking Batman it's comical.
