I've tried many I won't get into but the only thing that's actually made me happier in the long run is St. john's wort. Still take it periodically when i'm feeling run down. Take it on and off at this point.

Most drugs just give you an up or quiet your mind but it's brief and then you're right back where you started or sometimes worse.
