I am nearly certain I will kill myself within 1-5 years. I am a drugcel with severe heart and kidney due to methamphetamine and heroin abuse. Given I'm fucked, as health is the most important thing you possess, should I drop out of university and work at ANY job better than fast food until I Sui? this is serious question please give advice

University is a top 100 in the U.S. and degree is Economics. I have 1 more year left, but my brain and body have taken too much abuse

Since i'm so close to finishing i just want to get it over with, the depression is absolutely relentless though, having to go to college and see so many people happy and mingling is pure sui fuel.

My health is probably as fucked as yours. I intended to sui too, but it's a bloody difficult thing to do and I chickened out, to my own surprise and dismay. Consider the risk that when push comes to shove, you can't do it either. You'll be stranded in whatever situation you've put yourself in. So stay in university and try to make a decent living for yourself; the human body can function in and overcome pretty severe health problems. But quit the drugs ffs.
