Venting Dreams are better than reality

Most of the time I have random dreams in the morning (sex dreams rarely) and it's so much better than reality. I dread waking up every morning and wish to live in my dreams forever. I have nothing going for me here. Reality is too much for me and everytime I get older, my mental health gets worse. Just venting here and this is my first post.

Tbh, I forgot. I had many dream transitions today so its not a linear dream. This tends to happen most mornings.

Yeah waking up in a sweat to realize nothing happened. Half the time I wake up already mad that I have to do work or study, the other half im glad to be out of a bad dream.
