Almost every day that I have a dream, and I wake up I go back tosleep to continue that dream. I lay ofr hours in my bed to just go back to that fantasy land. All to avoid this miserable life.

does anyone else experience this? I'll wake up at like 9 in the morning and then I just go back to sleep and get out of bed maybe around 12 or 13 or something.

It's like my second major form of cope/escpaism apart from my pc

the only time I'm living in the 'real' is
1.when i'm laying in bed waiting to fall asleep and overthinking things
2.work or school/other obligations.

i found out that when i write down my dreams then the next dreams become more and more vivid and better quality. apparantly its because u train urself into focusing better when dreaming or something like that. but yeah honestly dreams r way better than my real life. i slept for 3 extra hours this morning for a dream even tho i got mocks tomorrow lol.

Try leaving a glass of water mixed with caffeine powder on the table or near the bed; if you sleep too long, you’ll get thirsty, and once you drink it, you won’t be able to fall back asleep.
I’ve been using this method for a few years now.
