Brutal Dreamed about former oneitis, woke up with massive pimple on my forehead

I was dreaming about my former oneitis and much of my family was also in the dream, probably because I saw her whenever I was at a family gathering they were invited to when growing up. I dreamt that she apologized to me for everything and her demeanor seemed forgetful of everything that happened including when I told her I wanted to kill myself years back.

But of course it was all a dream and once I woke up I walk to the bathroom mirror and there is a MASSIVE fucking pimple, like a boil. It’s fucking purple and full of puss but I know if I pop it, blood will get everywhere and I run the risk of infecting it, so I have to walk outside looking even more subhuman until this passes
