Depends. Dragon Ball + DBZ mangas are outstanding.
Anime adaptations have inconsistent art quality by comparison and drag things out too much. But are still mostly great, certainly for their time.
Everything with Dragon Ball Super is a disaster and that new show is a cash grab plain and simple. Awful art quality to boot.
