Well yeah, down syndromes are all equally retarded but there are levels to autism. For autism you can be anywhere from slight social awkwardness all the way to arm flapping and squealing in the school hallways. There are high functioning autists with no memorable skills and complete retard level autists who look like they have cerebral palsy playing Beethoven on the piano perfectly. All a spectrum.

I recall that the average IQ of a person with down syndrome is around 50, half the global average for IQ of 100.
