Dont you ever feel like you being watched by a person or monster from a dark area or place in the open in broad daylight?

i feel like this happens especially where I am currently I sit next to a covered window and usually look outside and in the dark I see the street a singular street lamp kinda bright so background things I can barely see and I see some lights now and then like cars and peoples other rooms and stuff, but I feel like something behind the street lamp or something right in front of my window is right outside and it just makes me feel scared just the odd feeling of seeing something familiar and knowing the area and still think that things might be hiding in plain sight and it will frighten you and that you would rather tuck yourself in a ball in your bed to feel comfortable and safe.

i always think about it frequently when I'm by myself with my computer or my bed whenever I'm not occupied
