I got off the phone with my friend who told me her son was stabbed in the arm.
Short version: A girl liked her son, he did not like her. She had been harassing him calling him a fag, retard, trying to start fights with him. Her grandparents and the school were notified.
He was at the park yesterday with his cousin and she came up and try to cause drama. Eye witnesses said he called her a crazy bitch and walked off. She got mad, pulled out a knife and ran up to him and he turned in time to get stabbed in the arm. He then punched her in the face and she fell and hit her head on the pavement. 911 was called and she was rushed to the hospital. Her son had to get three stitches.
ADA decided not to file charges against her son since he acted in self defense but advised her, to tell her son to walk away in situation like that in the future. Because of the severity of the girl's injuries they will wait to press charges on the girl. My friend has already told them, she wants charges filed.
She was told by a third party, the girl had a fractured eye socket. She doesn't know if that is true or not.
Her son is 14 and the girl is 15.
Moral of the story: If you are being harassed by a female, do not walk, RUN AWAY, because unless there are eyewitnesses you could be charged with a crime for defending yourself.
