Quitting smoking is easy, you just start vaping and problem solved. But Vaping is the ultimate LDAR drug. While LDARing you can just keep vaping while undisturbed with no breaks, unlike smoking during which you need to go outside like a normie. It also hits as well as smoking since you inhale it, and it doesn't have any noticeable side effects like hard drugs, and you can just keep doing it constantly all day if you want.
So why not just keep vaping? Because after doing it for years while LDARing you develop a chemical dependence on it unlike anything else. All my decisions outside of work are based on a desire to return to vaping and LDARing ASAP, preferably with alcohol since it feels better. Sure there's not much else to do since I'm an incel, but I'm missing out on opportunities to try other potentially good copes since that means less vaping. I constantly feel a physical and mental desire to LDAR in front of my PC while vaping, drinking and cooming. Imagining myself living like this for 10-50 more years is not an enjoyable thought
Why you complaining bruh? Just telling you to not vape while you still can. While writing this post I've felt the impulse to vape about 20 times. But I've gotta quit now while I can since my IQ has dropped by 30 or so from withdrawal and I dont have much vacation time left
tl;dr: If you smoke and you wanna quit, take nicotine gums or some other shitty quitting mechanism, but DONT START VAPING
