I want to work out but I don't know where to start. Should I weight train for strength or hypertrophy? Can I do both? What's the best regimen? Should I do a bro split or a full-body split? Should I do calisthenics? How should I bulk? How can I count calories when most of the food I eat is from the college cafeteria? How do I come up with regamin and how do I know if it's good? Should I even waste my time? Because sometimes it feels like the only way to level up. Should I just find something else like joining the wrestling team or the weightlifting team at my college?

None of this autistic shit will make any tangible difference in your physique in the end. If you aren't doing steroids then you will eventually hit your natural peak either way. In your first year of lifting you can gain about 25lbs of muscle. If that continued linearly you could get 250lbs of pure muscle in 10 years which is obviously impossible. So if you just eat protein and work out consistently you will very quickly reach a point where you've gained 50% of the muscle your body can physically retain and if you keep going consistently after that you will hit 99%

Optimizing your shit like that is only necessary if you aren't natty
 
Gymaxxing cope didn’t work for me in regards ascending. I am a lot fitter and feel I could go on a rampage, And so I kept up with it because I like feeling I could beat up others if I wanted too! I noticed I seem to hate a lot more and am so full of it I can’t concentrate and pace a lot during some days. (Not on steroids though) just thought I’d say incel rage and gymmaxing can have a disturbing effect on your psyche.
