Not fat but I have the same, I never understood these gymcels I just can't bother to do it regularly.

I can understand them tbh. It feels like you can gymcel forever until the burnout hits

Mustering will to actually show up to a gym is harder than working out itself IMO

When I do try to exercise I've done it at home, maybe that's the issue. One time I did go to the gym, I felt like everybody was watching me and I couldn't focus on anything properly. Also, eating healthy is the hardest part, I hate cooking and it costs so much.
