Iran is definitely more consercative compared to countries like Sweden and Canada, however as a percentage I would say that the majority of Iranians do not agree with the values promoted by their current government. Especially with religious values.
This is a 2020 survey of 40000 Iranians on religion. It was anonymous, so the responders were honest.
