I have one of the worst headaches right now. I feel like shit.

I think I'm just done drinking man.

It's never worth the hangover that follows.

I just wish I could puke and get some sleep.

Sorry for my retarded drunken rant on here yesterday.

alcohol is a bad cope

yeah, it's not worth the hangover after, idk how you're able to stop so easily though

I say the same thing after a heavy drinking session, but after a couple of days, when the hangover has passed, and I'm back to the usual sober misery, the urge to drink begins to build up again, and thus the cycle continues.

Inb4 you make this same thread again a month from now

Good for you man

I only drink once every few months now and hopefully I bring that to once every 6 months

You feel like shit in the days and weeks after you drink. Your skin dries up, you get a big pot belly, your short term memory suffers, and you feel anxious and exhausted all the time. All you ever wanna do is take naps instead of actually getting things done.

Sure in those brief drunk moments you forget about everything and feel calm, euphoric, and relieved. But in the days afterwards you suffer from alcohol withdrawal and start having panic attacks.

If you're deep into the hole of alcoholism, you can suffer seizures from alcohol withdrawal.
