When I read that a decade ago, I pretty much called it quits. Silly me thought that the workplace, outside of nepotism, rewarded ability and effort. I can only imagine how an Asian guy could be the most talented in a group but because he’s feminine-looking and ugly, he toils away whereas better-looking but less able guys reap the rewards.

Yes, especially to males. Men get more diseases, the severity is worse more often than with women, women are wired to view one type of male attractive whereas guys view practically anything as attractive.
