Mouthbreathing has fucked me and it continues to do so until I help to fix my breathing issues. Until then I guess I will be reverse looksmaxxing and just losing looks instead of gaining.
What you forget is that even the weakest men is generally stronger than most foids. In the paleolithic days a incel could simply take a foid if he so desired.
I was always breathing through nose and always had correct tongue posture, but i guess it´s not major factor. It works only if you are born as foid.
