It definitely changes. I’m in my late 20s and my mentality has changed a lot since I was 20. I’m far less anxious than I used to be too, that was a welcoming change.
My brain changed when I fixed the missing pieces, namely got ADHD meds, started to approach things more aggressively and truly analyzed my decision making and my self talk, to a word
Then it all fit together (note, this was on top of an already big base on work on self improvement done - early wakeups, optimizing my beliefs, hard work, routines, digital optimization
Brain won't change from time, you just stagnate, instead you need to try and practice and try to optize or fix till it one day fits together exact
Does this shit actually help with iq I was diagnosed, but haven't taken them since middle school.
If you have ADHD, it may be a gamechanger. For me it allowed me to have full control of my brain, like in the movie Limitless. If you don't have ADHD you may get between no to very little improvement.
Idk how big are odds a person has ADHD, I think only 4%. More than this say they have ADHD but they're just lousy with their life and not handling the basics.
To guess if you have ADHD you may look up ADHD signs online.
You can up your IQ, tests are just brain puzzles and math patterns and math ideas. It can be learned. It's no a magical thing which cannot be learnt or understood.

It's absolute nonsense, I was the best student in my school by a wide margin. If anything I guess I had more crush on foids in class than normal but was not taking action because I had bad results communication and thought way differently than other kids in my class
I'm 30 atm. I was 27 in my peak 3.5 years
ago when I finally got ADHD meds.
I'm 25 and feel the same as when I was 17.
