I eat very clean mostly meat, eggs, potatos, vegetables, fruits, no fast food, no sodas, no drugs etc. Spend like 20-30 mins working out with kettlebells. 4 months in.
I can't fucking deal with it, i keep working out but the joint pain is still there.
