Nutrients don’t dictate height as much as you think it does, it’s more about caloric intake during puberty after genetics. Notice how we have zoomers overshooting their parents height wise on a calorie dense goyslop diet.
The only way to grow whilst having shit genetics for height (assuming your plates are open) is to take an aromatase inhibitor to keep your estrogen as low as possible delaying your plates from fusing while taking HGH on top of a calorie surplus.
