Does this forum improve your life?

I find it hard to tell if it does or not for me. I feel miserable using this place a lot of the time but it's the only place I have to vent my problems and talk to people in similar situations to me. I can't think of any other online space I could fit in on.

I don't like how dependent I have become on this forum. When I first signed up here I never thought I would use it to this extent but I can't seem to stop opening the site anytime I feel the slightest bit of boredom.
