do you have any previous experience in sports? if no, then going to a team sport is kinda risky. you are probably better off alone, try combat sports if that's not your thing please do yourself a favor and don't enter commercial gyms.
your options: calisthenics, running, sprinting, swimming, skipping rope, lifting dumbbells/kettlebells, buying a power rack, installing pullup bar, installing gymnastics rings, investing into a rowing machine.
