A passerby looking at me weirdly or a teammate in an online game making a joke about me both cause me to feel incredible psychological pain. It's like I lose my grip on reality for a short while and get overtaken by negative emotions.

yes but i was loved by my parents i first experienced social rejection at 5 when i started kindergarten no kid would play with me at recess and throughout all of elementary i was alone

I have never felt both fear and rage at the same time but that sounds kind of fun. Social rejection which hasn't happened in a Long Time (I roll solo nowadays) causes me to feel sorrow more than anything else. I haven't cried in years now though and I feel like a lifeless robot so maybe some good old social rejection is what I need.
