It takes time getting used to it, its been like a year or more since that thing you mentioned happened, seems i just didnt have much tolerance to it and used a regular amount instead of less, but I digress. You should develop tolerance to it

If you dont moderate the amount you use, you may just feel like you spin, and have a rapid heart beat. I have been told that laying on bed and placing a single foot on the floor sometimes helps

I've been taking a lot of Delta 8 recently and I think I am pass the stage of paranoia. I just take them and it makes me feel good. My body had to learn how to get used to it. I usually take one and eat some goy slop and watch ture crime documentaries.

-dry mouth
-cant do anything because short term memory is like 5 seconds
-cant close my eyes and relax since everything will start to spin out of control
-sore throat from the hot smoke
-20 mins into trip ur bored and wanna go back to normal but u realize ur stuck in this state for +4 hours
Only fun thing to do when smoking weed is listening to some good music but that gets boring real quick, fapping also feels great but thats about it

I get panic attacks
I had a panic attack when I was high. My heart rate was crazy high, I thought that I was going to die. I was able to snap out of it a few minutes later when I realised that the panic attack was caused by the weed.

I don't do drugs
I haven't smoked in 5 years because it just makes me anxious and paranoid. If I smoke I probably would need to take benzos or alcohol beforehand. I never really enjoyed weed but for some reason I still smoked it when I was younger.
