I think you can. Unfortunately for SEA guys, SEA foids prefer anything but men of their own kind, but TBH, it'll be a bit harder for you than it would be for a white guy. And, to be brutally honest, Asians (both SE and NE) don't seem to be too fond of curries, from what I've seen, so if you trick them into thinking you're a spic, you could have a chance
