This is almost entirely attributed to the rising number of births from sperm banks (Northern European men are considered the most desirable).

But yes, even when going outside, I have observed a weirdly high number of couples where the man is lightskinned, but with dark hair and eyes, and the woman has blue eyes with the child also having blue eyes.
While it's possible to get blue eyes even if only one parent has them, it's less likely than 50%. I think these men are not the biological fathers of the children in many of those cases.

Oh yeah, absolutely. We're basically Christian Arabs to Northern Europeans, despite Greeks being native to Europe (JFL). I've read in some sites by Scandinavians who visited Greece that they were surprised that so many Greeks weren't brown skinned
.They also consider us lazy (just like other Southern Europeans) even though we work around 5 hours more every week (on average)
