Not really, if you're an American you're probably even more likely to get rejected. If you're in a Muslim country you'll most likely have to marry before sex. Why would some girl in the middle east marry a tourist just for sex?

You need to have a very good, education, career, and at least be high-tier normie in looks, and preferably rather tall (5'11+). And it goes without saying that you will also need to be Muslim as the majority of foids belong to that religion and aren't allowed to marry a non-Muslim man. There are a sizable number of Christian foids though.
And of course there is a language barrier, as most don't speak conversational level of English, accept the upper-middle class females that attended an International school (the curriculum is typically taught in English) so they have much better English language comprehension, sometimes.
All in all, it's MUCH more far-fetched and generally not a very good or even pratical prospect for ascension, even if your goal is a wife. "Hooking up" is virtually non-existent in Egypt and most of the Middle-East, and even the foids that are sluts, will most likely NOT fuck with a foreigner.
