Like I have gotten the habit of reading wikipedia biographies of some extremely popular Chads and it just blows my mind how things just worked for them? Almost like a guardian angel was looking over them the day they were born and carefully guiding them till they make it.
think of the most popular actor on the planet - Tom Cruise - he was born with one in a billion genetics look to a normal middle class family, "just happens" to be noticed by a producer while working as some no name background intern at a TV show, "just happens" to pick the right movies have the right genetics the right charm and boom! he is most gigachad to gigachad on the planet.People literally worship him and his name is immortalised for generations to come. A 200 years from now some people will still know who Cruise was like we know who Monroe is .....While most of us will fade away within a week of our death!
Born with average height, below average looks, introverted ess, zero passion or talent in literally anything it was as if God himself designed me to a sterile working bee, pushing chairs of mediocrity in some random office for 59 years before retiring and then dying alone forgotten in some old age home being tended by some stupid nurse who doesn't give a shit.
and just like that gone....no mark made on anything worthwhile.....no one that remembers let alone admires....
It depresses me so much because I will turn 20 in 9 days from now and I don't even know if I want to enter my 20s
