I played it once, thought it was ok and had charm.

I don't think I'd play it noq because anything with a foid MC is pretty much foid propaganda.
The game was also written by Terry Pratchett's daughter, so it probably is tbh.

Thing is though back then games with female protagonists were fine. For example the original Perfect Dark was excellent (I know that was like 10 years before, but still!).

What's the point of playing a game with a foid protag?
That pretty much tells you the Devs wanted you to respect foids and that they were just as, if not more capable at things that men can do

I think the reason Perfect Dark has a female protagonist was probably just for a change after GoldenEye.
