It's definitely photoshopped, and seemingly to a degree where the pic no longer even resembles the original person in the original pic, so no, it's not a real person. The mandible was clearly photoshopped, and I'm not saying that just because of the cartoonishly oversized mandible (which is typical of facial morphs done by incels/blackpillers). Look closely at the edges of the mandible. It's clearly been altered with the warp tool (layer ---> liquify ---> warp tool) or something similar. The hairline has been altered as well. The ears look really off too, likely due to using the warp feature to make the whole skull look wider. Also notice how the black item in the background caves inward with the ear.
But since you asked me, I'll play make pretend and rate him like he's a real person:
He's hypermasc for sure, but not in an ogre way. His midface length is good and he has a decent nose. He also got a full head of hair. If he were real he probably wouldn't be incel, but he would get mogged all day by pretty boys and normal looking chads. He'd be someone with good genetics but much higher than ideal T levels. High T ogres are a combo of bad genes and high T.
