I'm Greycel so my experience may not reflect that of those who are worse off genetics-wise of course -- for some context there if its relevant to this, had a relationship once for awhile, but she cheated and left me for Chad is the TL;DR (par for the course and all that, we know this is normal). Before getting blackpilled after that I wasted a lot of time with "self-improvement"/PUA garbage that doesn't work before coming across the blackpill/blackpill science in particular.
I spent a few months abroad in Europe and I did seem to get more attention from women anecdotally. Didn't get laid so maybe I'm remembering too favorably there, but more women seemed interested in talking with me and there may have been a novelty to the accent or some such. If you're decent to good looking then I'd say it could bump you up a bit, but if you're below a 5 or maybe 6 out of 10 I doubt it'd help much.
My recollection from years back in highschool was european students in the US definitely had a novelty bump (especially if they were white women obviously with an accent that's viewed favorably here -- it may be notable that it seems Europeans don't really think highly of Americans from what I gathered in my time abroad).
