I'm taking a super low dose over a longer period of time to mitigate side effects. That being said, if I experience any severe side effects like hair thinning or stomach issues I'll definitely stop ASAP.

I only take it on occasions where I really need it, so not very often. It can be addicting, so never take it more than twice a week unless it's a special occasion. Let's say it's the first day at a new job or college, you could take it for the first day in order to make friends and then stop taking it once that was achieved. Your anxiety would be lower then, because you'd already have befriended people.

Only real side-effect it sometimes gives me is making me a little drowsy and disoriented, so it's probably not the best idea to use when your'e going to be driving, at least not in higher doses.
