Serious Does ASP.NET CORE enforce against 'extremist' websites?

Hypothetically if I were to build a database of race traitors, hosted on Iceland or somewhere with lackcluster laws (such as this forum which is also hosted on these countries), would ASP NET CORE, be good choice? The framework is easy to use and pretty good and has lots of support for frameworks like jQuery and bootstrap (absolutely needed if you're a webdev in 2025). SQL DB integration and APIs which send out info (good for low latency info matching with business owners) are also easy to build with simple routing.

Its to expose race traitors and possibly work with business owners to deny the traitors business.

Sure, such an idea will not be popular right now, but it would be good to cash in the opportunity in case xenophobia views in my society grows, and I can participate in it.
