are there any musicels on this forum? i have always wanted to make ambient music to cope but been too dumb to actually be able to do it. i want to make music like this:

and i have a pirated copy of a daw but no midi keyboard. can someone tell me what i have to learn to get to that point exactly, i struggle with making synths sound good and even when i get them right i have absolutely no idea what notes to put to make it sound good. basically i cant create a melody to save my life.
