It's good if you warm it up and use lube with hot water to always keep it warm. Just regular room temperature lube + dry fleshlight doesn't feel that great, still better than my hands.

I find that I have to add hot water constantly to reduce friction and maintain heat which is why I usually nuke a cup of water in the microwave and just use that. Hot water + lube also makes it feel so much better and I imagine more realistic.

It's a bit annoying to clean up afterwards, especially if you use it in your room, but I think it's worth it. It can get messy, though, especially because water/lube and cum tends to drip out the other end and I often make a mess if I don't place some newspapers or whatever under my chair.

I clean with cold water and sometimes add rubbing alcohol to kill bacteria. I've never used starch and my sleeve is like new.
