Bonus: What I eat all the time:
3/4 - 1 cup of buckwheat, 1 avocado, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 2 teaspoons of hemp seeds(omega acids).
Buckwheat has a complete amino, acid profile and a very low glycemic index. Avocado is healthy fat(lot of calories), blueberries for taste/"super food lol", hemp seed for omega acids for healthy brain

1. Don't drink any sugary water. Drink green tea with lemon.
2. Eat food that grows in the ground. Do not eat food that is made in a factory.
3. Minimize or use NO cooking oil. Use water.
