Bloated face is a death sentence, it makes you look like a really ugly baby, it removes all your dimorphism, and the thing is? You don't even have to be fat, I'm at 18% (average) yet my face looks like a 30% bf obese reddit neckbeard. Not to mention it makes me look like an egg!

Anyone else?
 
I had it when I was on dbol. Looked much much worse instantly.

How to remove bloat: Reduce sodium and carbohydrate intake, drink more water and mega dose vitamin C (2-3g a day). That's it.

You're face has 0% bloat, so you don't have to think about that. 

If you want to lose weight, you need to eat at a caloric deficit. Try to keep protein high, as it's muscle sparring (you want most of the weight loss to come from fat, not muscle). Don't eat at a higher caloric deficit than 500 (to not lose muscle).

Increasing height will be harder in a caloric deficit, though.
 
Yes, my face is bloated AF and gives me chubby cheeks. But I think that has much to do with my subhuman bones.

I updated my post, look at it again, but those two are the most important by far.

Stay away from processed food, basically. A Big Mac has 1g of sodium in it (that's a lot). If want to be extra autistic about it, look up the nutritional values of the foods you eat and calculate how much sodium you eat each day. It's suppose to between 1500 to 2300 according to "the institute of medicine", but what do those guys know about aesthetics anyway. Try to keep it below a gram a day and it shouldn't bloat you.

IIRC Tren is basically enhanced Dbol that doesn't cause any water retention. You ever tried tren ?

You post lots of pics of your face, I see no bloat. You don't have the bone structure right now for hollow cheeks. It requires wide and forward set cheekbones, of which you have neither. You have a good face (well above average), but your bones are lacking, as you know. No amount of body fat will give you hollow cheeks, but it can give you a more pronounced jawline, which is why it's worth losing a little bit of weight. 

I'm just saying it as it is, red pill style, don't expect to get hollow cheeks. It's not like hollow cheeks makes a huge difference for appearance anyway, it's very minor.

To reduce a bloated face, reduce your sodium intake and maximize your Vitamin C intake (no, don't take GMO Vit C tablets, but get organic camu powder from your local whole foods store which is like $30 for a small package, but it's the most potent source of Vitamin C in the world).

Vitamin C is known to help with water retention.

Take up to 2000% of Vitamin C per day. (Up to 2000% of Vitamin C intake per day is "safe" according to Mayo Clinic, if you're one to trust so-called authoritative sources).

I have very fat cheeks (not because I'm overweight, I'm 132 lbs and 5'9" tall) which combined with my acne make me look like a hideous chipmunk.

Dianabol. One of the most potent steroids out there in terms of strength and size. Lots of water gain, though.

You put on lots of size fast (water) and strength. But what most people don't realize is it's one of the steroids with the most muscle growth in the shortest amount possible (they only focus on the fake size they lose after they come off it).

It would be the ideal drug if it didn't make your face look like utter shit for the weeks you're on it. It can be managed somewhat with not taking a huge dose (don't go above 30, I used 50) and taking enough AI.

You won't lose body fat from cutting out sodium and carbs unless it makes you eat less calories. To lose weight, you need to eat less calories than you need every day. Find out your TDEE and reduce calories by 300-500.

I would like to keep my hair. Finasteride lets me use dbol without losing my hair, but it won't save me from tren.

I'm going to use some anavar at the end of my cut, so that will pretty cool. Can't wait to try it, so many different opinions on that drug. Sounds like a solid plan. How much test and anavar? I want to try 1g of test for my next bulking cycle if I get my hands on some dutasteride. Right now I'm cutting on 300mg of test (will add anavar in the last month, probably 60mg or so, as it's very expensive) and I was bulking on 500mg of test and 750mg of EQ before the cut.

I am gonna do this guy's cycle + keto. Never juiced before so I am not very knowledgeable tbh What do you suggest for a first cycle cutting ? I am around %22 bf hoping to at least drop 18 lbs of fat in 8 weeks.

If it's your first cycle, I recommend doing it as a bulk instead. Don't waste your first cycle on a cut. 

500mg of test for 4-6 months is a good first bulking cycle.

If you want to get really lean, it will probably take more than 8 weeks, 3-4 months at least. Just get lean first, then do your bulking cycle. Even if you lose some muscle in the cut, you'll gain it back easily.

I wouldn't recommend keto with steroids, as you want carbohydrates for optimal strength gains, but that's just me.

I noticed something about that video you linked (just watched it). Why is he taking 50mg of arimidex a day? For one, Arimidex usually comes in 0.75mg-1.25mg tablets and you don't take 7mg a week (if he meant 0.5mg instead of 50mg), as it will completely kill your estrogen.

I used 0.25mg twice a week (pharma grade) with 500mg test a week and I had no bloat or eststrogen side-effects, any higher and my bones would start aching. plus my penis would stop working properly. If you take too much arimidex, you will feel like absolute shit and make less progress in the gym.

25mg of anavar is a really low dose for a male, even if it's 100% pure pharma grade (very expensive and what he has is not pharma). You want at least 40mg a day to feel any effect. 

It seems like what he got was fake arimidex and fake anavar (probably trying to promote fake shit to his subscribers).
