He is complaining about having a girl who loves him and who is being affectionate? wow okay...he was probably a fakecel or lost fat (losing fat can make you good looking assuming you've got good bone structure).

What I like about here is that I usually familiarize myself with the users cuz of bigger name plus their avatar, on reddit the username is kind of small and isn't memorable, I don't remember this guy tho.
