It's Over Does anyone else's facial recession cause breathing problems

my issues:

-Chronic nasal congestion, adding to beta nerd voice
-recessed Maxilla and mandible adding to beta nerd voice and causing legitimate sleep apnea
- Overall chronic nasal congestion makes it hard to even eat without being hyper aware of my Airways so I don't choke, And of course I'm more likely to choke than average given my already extremely subpar airway because of facial recession
