yes curries like spicy stuff. I normally eat mildtl spicy. I used to eat super spicy but can't handle it anymore. Rn though my diet is mostly Mexican tacos/bowls/burritos, sushi, chicken veggies rice bowls. But when I didn't have my own money usednto eat some curry stew, lentil soup and other curry dishes. I have almost cut em out now because they were too oily for me.

Yeah, it's good. When you can have the willpower over your instincts to consume like a mindless animal, it gives you confidence and sets your mind at ease. I try to fast once per week, sometimes I'll go 2 or 3 days drinking only water and green tea.
