Discussion Does anyone else here like Magic: The Gathering?

I used to buy a lot of cards and play it, mostly by myself but at one point I sometimes played it with an autistic guy who was really good at it, when he moved away I sold all my cards because I had no one to play with anymore.

In my opinion the game is a lot of fun but it's not nearly as much fun when you have to play alone.

A few months ago I bought some new ones, I bought 5 original Innistrad booster packs and a few other boosters which I don't remember the name of, opening them was pretty fun.

Does anyone else here play it or collect the cards?

I'm not really sure why I like it but I just think it's fun, also I like collecting things so I think that is a part of it.

I also don't really know how to play them, this is the only card game that I know how to play and it took a while to learn.

Same, that's why I played alone but it got pretty boring after a while.

I buy cards very rarely because of the price.

I tried the online version once but it just wasn't that fun in my opinion, especially since I couldn't play with the physical cards I owned.
