I would feel empathy yes, I could understand where they are coming from but I wouldn't feel sorry for them because if i were to feed them blackpills, they would reject it and mock me because they're bluepilled in the first place, They believe that they know the answer already. If I were in your position, I would let your friend be in his lowest, almost on the verge of roping then let him depend on you; he asks you "why?" and then you feed him those blackpills because now he wants answers instead of rejecting them like a bluepilled person would.

I think no incel should have this type of life regardless of what pill they have/are. the one thing I hate more than anything is I can't solve this problem for myself or my fellow incels as all we want is some happiness and a bright future to look forward too .i hope for your friends sake he finds some small bit of happiness and some peace from the pain and I wish the same for all incels.
