I've been unemployed recently so I'm considering a rice-only diet to save money. I'm just asking if I can cut down on meat and eggs.

P/s: I'm not kidding, I live in the 3rd world. Inflation is sky high and I'm about to be fired, I have to save money in every way
I just trust you guys, everyone is trying to sell something, I don't know what is true anymore

Meat is only important to eat in the morning soon after you wake up. You don’t have to eat much … 1/4 a burger daily.

Less protein than I thought. I've never even seen a burger in real life so I'm not sure how many grams of protein I need at minimum.

Yeah, I don't think anyone reasonable would be even close to recommending this. I'd say at least get some legumes with that, get vitamins and minerals somehow, etc.

You wouldn't have a good nutrition, that's something for sure. Meat is the most important. I don't know man, 3rd worlders clearly don't have the best nutrition, but if you really need the money and rice can give you the necessary energy then that will do for now
 
You don't need it every day but 1-2 a week is required to get good nutritious value and build your muscles. You will get sick on just eating empty carbs from rice and have to pay more to save your life. At bare minimum switch to brown rice. Your teeth will most likely get fucked the most and may fall off. You will get brain fog, even worse memory and muscle cramps/pain and not being able to recover like you used to.

Thank you very much, I usually eat like that too. It seems that reducing meat from 1kg to 0.5kg a week is fine.

Where I live there are not many choices so I can only eat the cheapest rice I can buy. I have been eating rice for 15 years every day and I also feel like my teeth are getting weaker, I can't even chew chicken bones like before because of toothache.
