Like ngl I believe that a doctor should have more power over what he may do to you when you're in hospital more than your parents and loved ones in critical situations regarding life and death.
You know how policiticans or important offcials have immunities? Doctors should get something like that as well.
They have knowledge, they have IQ, they are everything we want to be - someone who is useful, who is skillfull, important, everyone wants to have them as a friend, rich and possesing good character traits (most of the time). This alone already demands indyvidual liberty to bend under their splendor.
Like imagine the following situation:
A doc after med school and specialization (around twelve years of hard intelectual work ) has a patient - a foid after social studies that came into the emergency room because her furry dragon dildo got to much up her ass.
During the procedure of removing the rubbery tool, the foid genuinly believes that she received to little painkillers, or perhaps the physical contact around her bum made her uncomfortable because the dock had to support himself and he squeezed her ass cheek and the result is a lawsuit.
Also, if people can sue MCdonalds and win because a nugget was responsible for a 2nd degree burn after it fell on a childs leg, then what I just wrote would a daily scenario with a high frequency of repeating.
The fucking lawsuit shouldn't even be possible to file unless it would be a deliberate and confident, direct and unquestionably crystal-clear accusation of rape.
That's how much I believe a doctor should have autonomy when operating around you.
Democratic legislation should only be a comsetic touch to their recomednations that the governemnt should treat like a directive.
If a tranny ever gets diagnosed with their condition, then a psychiatrist should make them change the biological aesthethics of their body almost as if it was a prescription. Because if you are a woman, you have feminine resposibilitites.
And mind you, I don't think theat they should be untouchable, we should just show appreciation to the trade of a physician through such priviliges.
