Do your parents care a lot about politics?

My mom does she never misses her daily dose of propaganda (the news) and follows everything going in the country and some international politics. I sometimes asked her why does she care so much if politicians don't even know she exists and only look for themselves. She says it's important to be educated and know what's going on in the world

My dad on the other hand is more ignorant on politics and just reads online newspapers and social media. He usually gets fooled by ragebait or engagement farming posts kek.

My parents are thankfully media literate and don't fall for he media's propaganda machine, Rupert Murdoch (the billionaire that owns Fox News) through his UK newspapers The Times and The Sun (calling the sun a newspaper is quite generous as it's essentially a mixture of clickbait and porn aimed at working-class brickies who failed their GCSEs) de facto control the outcome of the UK general elections every time, people seriously underestimate the power that these wankers hold.
