Discussion Do your favourite movies and TV shows tend to be more about setting or a big story?

I notice that my favourite TV shows tend to be about settings, but the story keeps changing.

For example I like things like Red Dwarf, Peep Show, Seinfeld, Chainsmoker Cat, Mrs Brown's Boys, etc.

So the settings there are (mostly) a mining ship, London flat, NYC, apartment building and Dublin house.

But my favourite movies tend to be about story - Last Crusade, The Matrix, The Spy Who Loved Me, and so on.
