today was Christmas so I ate plenty, I usually reduce my intake -500 while increasing my protein intake as well as lifting, running, 2 liters of water per day and taking glutathione, C extract, occasionally a teaspoon of magnesium citrate, or fish oil, lost 20lbs this way but I want to lift to be more aesthetic and lean, look up swimmers or water polo players, that kind of aimhow do you deal with it? should I just dirty bulk and eat 4000 calories per day
