Everytime I try to workout to build muscle I only last a few weeks before I stop. I have a decent physique because of my lifestyle but no muscle mass. Doing fitness just for the sake of it is boring, I don't know what people who have an intrinsic passion for things like running and lifting find so fun about it, but surely their brains are wired differently from mine. I find it all boring and bothersome.
