good specimens such as gigastacies with good personalities are cloned to ensure consistent quality across centuries. genetic recombination is allowed and managed by the state, to produce new combos, ugly and low IQ fetuses are detected by DNA testing and aborted, making sure only the desirables are born into the society. over time, the society will be filled with high IQ people with high attractiveness. genes that result in inceldom will gradually be phased out as the generation goes by, as every eligible incel's gene is combined with those of stacies and high tier beckies, resulting in high chance of good offsprings.
ISIS's system would never work. its archaic, outdated, and cant really solve inceldom, because females are still of limited supply, esepcially high quality ones. The scientific, technocrat state i just described is the only way to permanently resolve inceldom and propel humanity to a new, post scarcity era.
