Also, my looks issues are only fixable through surgery, so it's not a matter of putting more or less effort and grooming in a better way.

Up to a point. I shower every day; I always wear clean, well-ironed clothes; I get somewhat regular haircuts and beard trims. But I don't take it too far. I see no point in wasting money on expensive designer clothes. My clothes aren't flashy or expensive.

When i'm not extremely depressed i take care of myself. When i am i don't shower, shave at all. I've been getting depressed nore and more lately.
